Copycat Panera Turkey Chili - Slow Cooker Recipe



Enjoy the comforting flavors of Panera's Turkey Chili in the convenience of your own home with this easy slow cooker recipe. It's hearty, flavorful, and perfect for a cozy meal on a chilly day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans 14
  • 5 oz each diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

The ground turkey should be cooked in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown

Put the turkey in a slow cooker after it's done cooking

The slow cooker should have black beans, kidney beans, frozen corn, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper

The onions and bell peppers should be cut up

Make sure to stir everything together well

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chili is hot all the way through and the flavors have mixed

Put it on the table hot and top it with your favorite things, like sour cream, green onions, or shredded cheese
