Ingredients:
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth, cooking for about 1 minute
Gradually whisk in milk until the sauce is thickened
Layer 3 lasagna noodles in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish
Top noodles with half of the chicken, half of the ham, and half of the Swiss cheese
Pour half of the white sauce over the cheese
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with a layer of Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese on top
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes
Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes until bubbly and golden
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving
