Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies



Delicious cookies combining the tartness of cranberries with the sweetness of white chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C and line baking sheets with parchment paper

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy

Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined

Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 9-11 minutes

Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks

Sesame Garlic Chicken



The savory soy sauce, nutty sesame oil, and fragrant garlic in this Sesame Garlic Chicken recipe make it taste great. It's an easy and quick dish that's great for a busy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce should all be mixed together in a bowl

Put chicken cubes in the Instant Pot, then pour the sauce over them and add the chicken broth

Put the lid on top and turn the valve all the way to the closed position

Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes

When you're done, quickly let go of the pressure

To make a slurry, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl

Turn the pot to saut mode, open the lid, and add the slurry

Stir the sauce constantly until it thickens

Put chicken on top of rice and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds

These Keto Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Bites are a great low-carb snack or appetizer. Avocado that is creamy and wrapped in bacon that is crispy and perfectly seasoned. They're very simple to make and taste great!

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, halved and pitted
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C

There will be 16 avocado slices after cutting each half in half into four quarters

Add salt and pepper to the avocado slices

Use a toothpick to hold each avocado slice together with a bacon slice

Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet and put the avocado bites that have been wrapped in bacon on it

Heat the oven and put the bacon in it

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy

Take it out of the oven when it's done and let it cool a bit before serving

Grilled Cheese Italiano Burger



Indulge in the flavors of Italy with this mouthwatering Grilled Cheese Italiano Burger. It's a delicious combination of juicy beef patties, gooey mozzarella cheese, zesty marinara sauce, and fragrant basil, all sandwiched between perfectly toasted burger buns.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 burger buns
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat

While the grill is heating, divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties

Season each patty with salt and pepper

During the last minute of cooking, top each burger patty with 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and allow it to melt

Another name for this treat is Treatzza Pizza. It's a frozen ice cream dessert pizza that combines the best of both worlds: pizza and ice cream. It's a fun dessert or something special to eat. Add your favorite toppings to make it taste completely different.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1 cup assorted candies optional
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup caramel syrup
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Bake the pizza crust according to package instructions until golden brown

Let the crust cool completely

Spread the vanilla ice cream evenly over the cooled crust

Sprinkle chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and assorted candies over the ice cream

Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel syrup over the top

Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles generously

Place the pizza in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm

Halloween Oreo Spider Cupcakes



These Oreo Spider Cupcakes for Halloween are a fun and tasty treat to make for parties or other Halloween events. They look like cute little spiders and have a surprise Oreo cookie inside.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting
  • 24 candy eyes
  • Black licorice laces for spider legs
  • Orange food coloring gel optional
  • 12 cupcake liners

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake pan with the cupcake liners

In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs

Mix until smooth and well combined

If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring gel to the batter to give it a Halloween-themed color

Mix until evenly colored

Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the cake batter

Place an Oreo cookie in the center of each cupcake, pressing it down slightly but not all the way to the bottom

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cupcakes comes out clean

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack

Once the cupcakes are completely cool, frost them with chocolate frosting, creating a smooth surface on top

Place two candy eyes on each cupcake near the top, above the Oreo cookie, to create spider eyes

Cut black licorice laces into small pieces and insert eight pieces into each cupcake around the Oreo cookie to make spider legs

Green Entomatadas



Green Entomatadas are a tasty Mexican dish made with corn tortillas that are filled with tender chicken or pork and then topped with cheese, crema, and a tangy tomatillo salsa.

Ingredients:

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups of cooked shredded pork or chicken
  • 2 cups of grated queso fresco
  • 1 cup of finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups of green tomatillo salsa
  • 1/2 cup of Mexican crema
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat

Quickly dip each corn tortilla in the green tomatillo salsa and place it in the pan to soften for a few seconds on each side

Stack them on a plate as you go

Fill each tortilla with shredded pork or chicken, onion, and queso fresco, then roll them up

Serve the entomatadas hot, drizzled with Mexican crema and extra queso fresco on top

Summer Corn Quinoa Salad



A healthy and refreshing quinoa salad with summer flavors like sweet corn, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a tangy lime dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels, cooked
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

Put the quinoa, corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and feta cheese in a large bowl

Mix the quinoa and vegetables together, then add the dressing and toss everything together

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix

Add more cilantro and feta as a garnish before serving

Chicken Cordon Bleu Lasagna



Chicken Cordon Bleu Lasagna has layers of pasta, chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese covered in a creamy white sauce. It tastes like the classic dish.

Ingredients:

  • 6 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices ham
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat

Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth, cooking for about 1 minute

Gradually whisk in milk until the sauce is thickened

Layer 3 lasagna noodles in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish

Top noodles with half of the chicken, half of the ham, and half of the Swiss cheese

Pour half of the white sauce over the cheese

Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with a layer of Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese on top

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes

Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes until bubbly and golden

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving
