Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C and line baking sheets with parchment paper
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy
Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined
Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 9-11 minutes
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks
